Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller

These Terms apply to sales made on source-atlas.com between STOOCKIE, SASU with a share capital of [CAPITAL] €, 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France, RCS Paris 979 766 870, VAT FR26979766870, contact@source-atlas.com (the "Seller"), and any person or business placing an order (the "Customer"). Placing an order means the Customer fully accepts these Terms, which the Customer confirms having read before paying.

2. Product

The Seller sells downloadable digital content: the "SourceAtlas Supplier Database", a Microsoft Excel file (.xlsm) listing more than 20,000 suppliers verified by the Canton Fair across 13 categories, together with a PDF guide, "Contact & Order". The data comes from public Canton Fair supplier data, recorded when it was collected. These are real companies, but contact details (email, phone, contact person) may have changed since, as with any directory. The Seller does not guarantee the ongoing accuracy of each data point, nor the response, reliability, quality or commercial terms of the companies listed. The Seller is not an intermediary between the Customer and these companies. SourceAtlas is not affiliated with the Canton Fair. Requirements: Microsoft Excel for Windows or Mac. The automatic search uses macros, which the Customer must enable. In other software (Google Sheets, Numbers, Excel Online), the file can be viewed but without the automatic search.

3. Price

Prices are in euros and include VAT. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed. The Seller may change prices at any time; the price charged is the one in force when the order is confirmed.

4. Order and payment

The order is confirmed once full payment is received by card through the secure provider Stripe. The Seller never has access to the Customer's card details. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the address provided by the Customer.

5. Delivery

The content is made available immediately after payment, through a download link on the confirmation page and by email. If the download fails, the Customer contacts contact@source-atlas.com and the Seller provides a new link.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under consumer law applicable in the European Union (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 13°) and the United Kingdom, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once its supply has started with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they lose their right of withdrawal. Before paying, the Customer ticks a box to request immediate access to the content and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal once the download has started. This consent is confirmed in the order confirmation email. As a result, no refund is given once the order is confirmed, except as provided in section 7. A free extract of 20 suppliers in the same format is offered on the website so the Customer can assess the content before buying.

7. Conformity

If the file delivered is corrupted, unreadable or does not match the description in section 2, the Customer reports it to contact@source-atlas.com. The Seller then provides a conforming file or, failing that, refunds the Customer.

8. Licence

The purchase grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the file for their own business. It is prohibited to resell, rent, distribute, share or make available the file or its content, in whole or in part, to third parties, or to include it in a competing product or service. The Customer agrees to use the companies' contact details in compliance with applicable laws (rules on direct marketing, anti-spam and personal data protection), contacting them in a professional capacity, and is solely responsible for their exchanges and transactions with them.

9. Liability

The Seller has an obligation of means. The Seller cannot be held liable for:

  • relationships, contracts, payments or disputes between the Customer and the companies in the database;

  • indirect losses (loss of revenue, orders or data);

  • misuse of the file, including not enabling macros or using incompatible software.

The Customer remains responsible for checking a supplier before any order or payment, as recommended in the guide.

10. Personal data

Customer data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.

11. Disputes and mediation

In case of a complaint, the Customer first writes to contact@source-atlas.com. Consumers may use the following consumer mediator free of charge: [MEDIATOR NAME – address – website]. These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable solution, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the Customer's country of residence.
